Since today, the fourth offshoot of the The Dark Pictures series can be played. The game carries the name Supplement House of Ashes and leads you to an underground labyrinth, where horrible creatures do its impaired.
To draw attention to the release, Bandai Namco Entertainment has now uploaded the compulsory launch trailer. Shown are atmospheric live action scenes from the new horror offshoot.
In between, two press citats are displayed. The first comes from NME, according to which righteous urge festival are addressed. According to the second quote from Cultured Vultures, House of Ashes owns the best optics of the Games Collection.
Already yesterday, a total of 38 press reviews were submitted. Of course, 25 reports are positive and 13 reports mixed out. In fact, no single negative rating was given.

Thesixthaxis (80 points) - contributes little to the Dark Pictures formula and does not seem to promote the overarching action of anthology. Nevertheless, it s a great adventure with stunning pictures and action-loaded scenes. A solid supplement to the franchise.
Game Informer (75 points) - could not frighten me nor surprise, but I still found it a respectable thriller, which is suitable for a fun evening alone or with up to four friends. If the anthology has fallen to you until this point, you will probably also fallen on this game. But if you re waiting for The Dark Pictures approaching Until Dawn, you should let another year time.
New Game Network (65 points) - A variety for anthology, with a cliché, covered history and a new tone, the previous fans may not like. But the strong occupation and some interesting decisions help to drive the adventure, even if the awkward new camera and the outdated look stand in the way.

This is the best rating from a PlayStation page. The plot is praised because of its voltage structure and the action-rich moments, with the horror aspect remaining a little on the track. In addition, the story is not good for all the testers. Also mentioned is the coop mode, which is why the interactive adventure for a convivial evening with friends is suitable.
